Evgeny Osipov was born at station Rodakovo, Voroshilov area. Since 1954 lives at one town Kurgan. In 1967 has ended a Kurgan machine-building technical school. After a service in army 1967-1969, worked at a factory with 1969 year on 1991 year the foreman, senior foreman, mechanic. Since 1991 and till the present time is engaged in jeweller art.
